CrownHouse, owned and managed by ECOMCROWN SOLUTIONS (OPC) PVT. LTD, operates this website and related shopping services. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you browse, create an account, place an order or contact us. For personal-information handling, this policy takes precedence over conflicting wording in our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email, phone number, delivery and saved addresses, account profile information, order items, transaction totals, delivery and return records, and customer support messages. Our authentication provider manages account credentials; passwords are not stored in our commerce tables.
Payment information
We currently accept cash on delivery only. We record order totals, payment method and collection or refund status. We do not currently collect card numbers, bank account details or online payment credentials through checkout.
How information is collected
You provide information when registering, updating your profile, ordering or contacting us. Our hosting and authentication services may process device, browser, network and access information to operate and secure the website. Your browser stores cart and wishlist information locally; authentication cookies maintain your session.
How we use information
We use information to manage accounts, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, handle cancellations and returns, provide support, maintain records, prevent abuse and fraud, meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Service providers and sharing
Our hosting provider, Render, and database and authentication provider, Supabase, process information needed to operate the services. Delivery partners receive details needed to fulfil orders. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect lawful rights or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell personal information or currently run personalized advertising through this store.
Communications
We use your contact details to respond to inquiries and assist with orders and accounts. Automated order emails are not currently enabled. If email delivery or optional marketing is introduced, we will update this policy as appropriate; promotional communications will offer an opt-out where applicable.

External websites have their own privacy and security policies. Please review them before providing information. Linking to a website does not imply endorsement.
Children
The services are intended for adults or use under appropriate parental or guardian supervision. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system can guarantee perfect security. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment details in support messages. We retain information as needed for accounts, fulfilment, support, legal recordkeeping, disputes and enforcement of our policies.

You can edit your profile and saved addresses in your account. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, or to raise a privacy complaint. Available rights depend on applicable law. We may verify your identity and retain records where required. Automated account deletion is not currently offered.
International processing
Our providers may store or process information outside India. We use providers and contractual arrangements intended to protect information in accordance with applicable requirements.
