Overview

CrownHouse is owned and managed by ECOMCROWN SOLUTIONS (OPC) PVT. LTD. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully alongside our privacy, shipping and returns policies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use our services with legal parental or guardian consent and supervision.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activities under your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance, availability and delivery serviceability. An order reference confirms that your request was recorded. We may refuse or cancel orders due to unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, suspected misuse or an unserviceable address, and will inform you using your supplied contact details.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Indian rupees (INR) and may change before an order is placed. The confirmed total is displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery is currently the only payment method. Pay the full confirmed total, including applicable shipping, on delivery. Online payment is not currently available.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our shipping and returns policies explain processing, delivery charges and return eligibility. Unshipped, unpaid account orders can be cancelled from the order page. For guest orders or other assistance, contact us with your order number.

Intellectual property

The CrownHouse name, logos and original website content belong to ECOMCROWN SOLUTIONS (OPC) PVT. LTD or their respective rights holders. Protected content may not be copied, distributed or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Prohibited use

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate others, compromise security or violate the rights of others.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CrownHouse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms and publish the revised version with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law. Changes do not retrospectively alter confirmed orders.
